In 1988, Kathleen F. Dunn recognized the need for specialization and founded an agency dedicated to serving biotechnology companies. Years of experience in product management, new product development and marketing communications at Johnson & Johnson and DuPont, and in three medical marketing agencies, primed her success. The agency, KFDunn, grew steadily, producing successful campaigns for start-up companies and leaders such as Gene Logic, Roche Molecular Diagnostics, Fuji Medical Systems and Gore Medical Products. In 2006, KFDunn became KFDunn Life Sciences, a division of AB&C.
